Adamantis Cuvée is the new flagship wine of Eisacktal Winery, bringing together the elegance, freshness, and diversity of our unique Isarco Valley terroir. Crafted with the utmost care from the finest vineyard sites, this premium cuvée is composed of the region’s signature grape varieties: Sylvaner, Grüner Veltliner, Pinot Grigio, and Kerner. Sylvaner contributes elegance and fruit, Grüner Veltliner adds delicate spicy notes, Pinot Grigio provides structure and strength, while Kerner impresses with its expressive aromatics. Produced in a limited edition of just 2,000 bottles, Adamantis reflects the passion of our winegrowers and the distinctive character of viticulture in the heart of the Dolomites.

Vinification
Hand-picked grapes. Delicate crushing after a short period of contact with the skins, fermentation in barrique followed by 18 months maturation in barrique on the fine lees. Bottle ageing.
Color
straw-yellow with light golden reflexes
Nose
Bouquet of white flowers, with notes of tropical fruit and peach, mountain herbs and multi-faceted aromas of citrus fruits.
Taste
Complex and structured with the typical freshness of the Valle Isarco. Very balanced with an elegant, slightly spicy and mineral finish.
