The grapes of this unique Pinot Noir come from Campodazzo, a small winemaking town in the southern part of Valle Isarco. Strict controls, from pruning to ripeness, and the selection of exceptionally good-quality grapes are the criteria allowing the production of this fantastic Pinot Noir wine, with its intense fruitiness, elegant and expressive body.

Vinification
The grapes are picked exclusively by hand. After a short cold maceration, the controlled temperature fermentation takes place in open tonneaux. The wine ages for 18 months on the fine lees in tonneaux and for another 6 months in the bottle.
